Calculate Your IEEPA Tariff Refunds
Calculate Your IEEPA Tariff Refunds
Following the Supreme Court's ruling on February 20, 2026, companies that paid IEEPA duties between 2025 and 2026 may be eligible for refunds. Use our free calculator to estimate your potential recovery.
How to use this calculator
1
Pull your ACE data from CBP
Log in to the CBP ACE portal and export your entry summary as a CSV. Filter for entries dated February 2025 onwards: that's when IEEPA tariffs first appeared. You need at minimum: entry number, entry date, customs value, duty paid, and tariff type.
2
Upload your CSV
Click "Upload ACE Data" on the calculator and select your file. The calculator auto-maps standard ACE column headers and immediately identifies which entries carried IEEPA tariffs vs. other duty types like Section 301 or 232.
3
Check your refund estimate
The top three cards show your core numbers: total duties eligible for refund, interest accrued since the entry dates, and your combined recovery potential. Toggle between corporate (6%) and non-corporate (7%) interest rates depending on your business structure.
What data do you need?
Upload a CSV export from the CBP ACE portal. The first IEEPA tariffs started appearing in February 2025, so we recommend filtering to entries from that date forward.
